Without thinking of density of water or expanidng and contracting property we'll simply use Einstein's Energy-Mass Equivalence Equation.
According to Einstein, energy has mass though very small but yeah it does, it is represented by E=mc2 , so when you're heating water, you're simply adding Energy (or mass) so definitely hot water will be heavier than cold water though not significantly but IT WILL !
