Oldest Pair of Socks discovered !

The oldest pair of socks are from the 4th century!

The discovery of these ancient socks were only found in Egypt in the 1800s. This means that the socks were buried for over 1500 years ago. They were made out of wool and were created by single-needle stitching!

This pair of socks is older than both Backgammon and Chess! Even crazier, the pair is older than the first reference to toilet paper!

Upon further examination, the socks were created to be worn with sandals because they sported a divided toe. SO now you know, it was originally cool to wear socks with sandals. How old are your socks?
